These General Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms") define the legal framework governing all charter reservations, vehicle rentals, catering arrangements, and onboard entertainment contracts entered into with Viblyshufflespt Luxury Transport SAS ("the Company", "we", "us").
Informational Disclosure: The Company does not sell public transit tickets, individual boarding passes, or open-admission seat tickets. All services presented on this website are for informational purposes describing bespoke private charter contracts for complete vehicles.
Any booking confirmation, execution of a commercial quotation, or entry onto our fleet vehicles entails the Client's unreserved acceptance of these Terms. Any conflicting condition stipulated by the Client shall remain non-opposable to Viblyshufflespt unless formally endorsed in writing by an authorized corporate officer.
Reservation Guarantee: A charter booking is finalized only upon: (a) receipt of the countersigned estimate or digital confirmation, and (b) payment of an advance deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the gross inclusive quotation.
Balance Settlement: The remaining fifty percent (50%) balance must be cleared no later than fourteen (14) business days prior to the scheduled charter departure. For reservations initiated within fourteen (14) days of dispatch, one hundred percent (100%) of the charter fee is due immediately upon booking.
Security Deposit: A security pre-authorization of €1,500 is placed on the principal charterer's designated credit card 24 hours prior to vehicle departure to cover potential interior damage, extraordinary sanitization requirements, or extended charter overtime.
All voyages are conducted pursuant to pre-approved route plans conforming with Paris municipal traffic orders, low-emission zone restrictions (Crit'Air), and coach circulation regulations enforced by the Préfecture de Police.
While chauffeurs will endeavor to accommodate spontaneous passenger preferences, the Chauffeur-in-Command retains absolute operational authority to bypass streets, squares, or bridges blocked by demonstrations, state visits, or traffic bottlenecks without incurring financial penalty or price abatement.

All digital assets, photographic displays, 3D WebGL architectures, trademarks, logos, and literary content hosted on viblyshufflespt.garden represent the exclusive intellectual property of Viblyshufflespt Luxury Transport SAS. Any unauthorized reproduction, framing, scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited under Articles L. 111-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Viblyshufflespt maintains comprehensive commercial motor vehicle carrier liability insurance coverage with recognized European insurers covering personal bodily injury without upper ceiling limits. However, the Company cannot be held liable for:
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed exclusively by French law. In the event of any unresolved dispute between the parties, exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris (Commercial Court of Paris).
